Where does your business make its online ‘home’? Whether it’s a website, Facebook, Instagram or elsewhere, you should look at it and ask yourself the following questions: Does it easily explain my business/product/service? Can visitors easily contact me here or find more information on my business? Can visitors convert to customers here? The platform that has the most “yes” answers should be your primary online home, and you should direct all other online accounts/posts there. Make the path to purchase shorter for your customers, instead of bouncing them around your different social media accounts.
