Marketing: Call to Action
Make it easy for your audience to complete the next step to becoming your client! Include a ‘Call to Action’ in your marketing and advertising campaigns. Choose a goal for your campaign (phone call, website click, newsletter signup, store visit, etc.). Consider your audience (are they existing customers, or are they hearing about your business for the first time?). Make it short and actionable (one simple, easy to complete action). Place it strategically (don’t overwhelm your content or message). Then test the results (change up the wording, placement, audience, etc.).
